  : We had stayed at this establishment years prior to this stay in November 2023. The preset photographs used to promote this property were taken around the time of our first stay. However they do not reflect the state of the property today. Previously it was a home to the owner and was filled with love, personal effects and warmth. Now it is a shell devoid of any little comforts. The photos being used now show a breakfast table groaning with food , they do not serve breakfast at all. The photos show the place adorned with fresh flowers, nothing these days. the text suggest you have coffee making facilities , this is a shared machine on the landing used by the occupants of three rooms. The light bulbs are blown and not working , the cheapest of hair dryers in our bathroom showed signs of overheating with a burnt and blistered nozzle. The once tastefully decorated property is tired and lacking any signs that someone cares about it or the the guests. no fire escape procedures are posted. In our opinion , a place living on its past reputation that today is overpriced, for the totally lacklustre condition the property is in. Very disappointing to say the least, failed to meet our expectations, far better value options available in the very same area.

  : The property has a perfect location in the city centre. The room is a generous size, beautifully decorated. The highlight is the very large bathroom.

  : Amazing location and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds.
  : More like staying in an apartment - no staff at the site unless arranged via WhatsApp. Coffee machine was broken in our room. TV didnt work. Bathroom very dated. Furniture dated.

  : Good location and nicely decorated property
  : Some of the property is a bit tired. But the main issue was there was no hot water for three out of the five days we were there. Messaged host straight away to resolve and it worked once and then didnt work again, no offer of moving to another room but offered us a shower in a different room which is not practical at all. Have since been in contact regarding a partial refund for our stay due to this and have still heard nothing back despite chasing multiple times for three weeks. Not a cheap place to stay so would expect a resolution to an issue like this
