  : The location is excellent right next to the Old Castle and the river with a shop and restaurants nearby but that is the end of the good things.
  : The shared entry and stairs have not been cleaned for a very long time and the apartment is dirty. The floors may have been swept but it is ages since they were washed. Wifi did not work until we had a visit from a technician and the power tripped off if two cooker rings and the kettle were used at once. There was no working light in the cooking area, so we cooked by torchlight. and no handy power socket for the kettle. No sink plug made washing dishes difficult and no draining area meant the worktop was wet. The shower was mouldy and the bathroom tiles dirty. The safe was broken and impossible to lock. The bed had a definite lean and the mattress sagged. The frig had its own iceberg. Other guests were having similar issues.

  : The location was amazing. Very close to everywhere you want to be in Verona. The staff couldnt do enough at check in.
  : The apartment was ground floor not including a balcony which was shown in the photos felt very much like false advertising. Lots of damage and dirty marks that had been missed during housekeeping. Everything in the kitchen had a bit of a dirty feel that made you not want to use it.The bed was also made up of two single mattresses instead of one double mattress which made my back incredibly sore throughout the stay as during the night they would move out of place and create a dip. Feels like standard for a double bed to have a double mattress. On checkout the receptionist didnt ask how everything was or I wouldve explained this to her.
