: Out host, Laura, was very helpful with good suggestions for restaurant and what to see in the city. The place has two bedrooms both with a double comfy bed. One room is small and the other quite large. Very clean with air conditioning. Location is perfect.

: We paid our rooms in full before seeing the rooms. Before arrival I received emails to request all my passport details by mail, not having seen the person we were sending this to. The person then sent us codes to the door and that was it. No details, nothing. We arrived, driving to the center of Verona, we will probably get a fine for this. And when we arrived the rooms were dark and damp and hot, very hot. I asked how to turn on the aircon, as we had selected the rooms for airconditioning. The person texted me that unfortunately the aircon was out of order!!! She could have told us this beforehand, or reduced a price or something like that; we would have had a choice in our accommodation! It was so hot in the rooms, we did not sleep at all, and the next day we had to drive for 9 hours. When I asked the person about this, she simply replied I had already paid and that was the end of it. When we left, we cleared out the fridge from all the water for our journey. We forgot to pay the tourist tax that was also due apparently. We received a spoken text saying in a sacrastic way that she hoped we enjoyed the minibar (water!!!) and the 10 tax we did not pay. this person is rude and no one should rent this appartment.
