  : Comfortable spacious flat in a great location slightly away from the tourist traps. Mainly well appointed kitchen and shared areas. Easy to get to supermarket and great choice of restaurants, yet not far to walk or bus to key sights in this beautiful city.
  : Some outdoor furniture would have been good for the balconies to take advantage of the great views. More hanging space in the single rooms and the small bathroom would be helpful. Kitchen could have benefitted from oven gloves and tea towels.

  : it was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect.
  : The issue with the power was tricky, given the very warm temps. Needing to turn off the a/c to use the hair dryer, or washing machine, etc, was a bit challenging. Not a big deal.

  : Perfect location - Piazza del Erbe, duomo & other antiquities all within a few minutes walk. Superb balcony aspect looking onto the old city's green space. Small but useful supermarket just round the corner - ideal for self catering (dozens of restaurants within walking distance too!). Spacious apartment with aircon and 2 bathrooms.
  : You have to pick up the keys from a location across town. In practice this worked fine - keys were in a labelled envelope in a lock-box - and just involved asking the taxi driver to make an intermediate stop.

  : The only negative aspect of the flat was the lack a single knife to cook with. Perhaps not too many people go to Verona and cook. A note saying a fine of 10 if you wash any linen also seemed a bit odd
