  : The location is excellent to reach the center and the main attractions of Verona all on foot, we were very well received by the owner of the place. She showed us everything and for a bonus she let us park on her property.

  : Staying at the Chez Martha was absolutely terrible. To start with I booked a room for three people, however, one was ill so only two arrived. Therefore, the proprietor gave us a tiny room with two beds crammed into it (oh and I was charged for a 3 bedroom unit). Bed sheets did not fit the bed, the room needed painting, the furniture must have been collected from items that were thrown out by other people because it was not nice and also it was broken (no handles on the wardrobes & had to use fingernails to open the wardrobe doors), the floor was dirty, etc. etc. On top of that, it was a very hot day (36C) and the owner would not turn on the A/C because she said it was not listed as an option (however, it was listed...). Also listed were private bathrooms, however, we had to share a bathroom with other boarders and the bathroom door would not lock. Asked for water three times before the owner provided. Staying at this B&B was a serious disappointment for such a beautiful city as Verona.

  : the place is totally messy and uncozythe room was dirty, small, ugly and with electric wires uncovered! very dangerous!!!the bathroom was totally unclean!such a place should never get any approval by the authorites!I strongly recomment to remove from the list!
