  : Everything was great actually. We just had a small problem with the shower as the hot water just stopped running suddenly which we learnt that it is because of the water shortage around the national park. We just wish we knew this in advance and we did not have showers consecutively. The staff was also helpfull and would definitely stay here again.

  : Vernazza beautiful...not a good view but in centre and not in the room other than sleep .perfect for a night or two...very clean and very comfortable..Stairs too many ...no elevator..watched two ladies struggle ..Barbara was lovely ..loved the decor.

  : Very spacious room. Comfortable bed and all the usual facilities. Double glazed windows to keep out the noise from below.
  : The air condition was a bit noisy. Ended up sleeping with the window open

  : Room at top of steep flight of stairs with no lift, very small shower. Breakfast disappointing, orange juice, croissant and coffee at a local cafe. Difficulty checking in, unable to contact staff by phone, went to main office twice during our visit but unable to find any staff.

  : Barbara was wonderful. The room was lovely, very quiet and quite large for Vernazza. The bathroom was very modern but the shower was extremely small with no space for soap or shampoo.
  : There was no luggage rack! The towels were awful, it felt like dish cloths. The shower was extremely small. There was only a business card with a contact number. Absolutely no information booklet in the room. Every time we needed information we had to call Barbara. Even for the WiFi password! Breakfast was included, but at a cafe in the town. Which was okay, but it was only available between 8:00 and 10:00, and as we started hiking at 7:00 every morning, we never had breakfast (3 mornings).
