Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 10 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for CHF 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Hotel de la Poste in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Hotel de la Poste may contact you after booking to validate or ask more information.

Please note that the provided extra beds are only mattresses, except the suites are using existing sofa where pillow and blanket will be provided.

The code for Wi-Fi internet access is available at the reception. Please contact us for possibility to reserve a parking space (additional cost apply).

Please note that there is small deposit for the key. It will be refunded at check-out when the key is returned.
