  : Central location and next to lake, this is reason for choosing the hotel. Rooms are old, need renovation but no problem for us as both rooms are clean and big enough.
  : Hotel needs renovation and already started in some rooms during off season when we stayed. We stayed on 4th floor and rooms were cold in general, can understand this due to current situation. But we woke up with the noise of drilling machine on Monday at 8 am. There were some men doing renovation at our floor. Come on this is a hotel, people might be sleeping When we mentioned this issue to reception during check out. He told me this is Italy people works as of 8 am. How come a receptionist of the hotel can reply like this, instead of simple apology? This is very annoying and arrogant. Fist time I had experienced something like that.

  : The breakfast was fabulousThe room was spacious
  : The room was cold (no heating available during the cold snap in May) & the decor desperately needs refreshing/updating. The TV was tiny. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The bed was cold but the spare blanket, or perhaps it was dust in the carpet or couch, gave me hay fever. The light switch buzzed constantly when turned on.

  : The beds, bathroom, place by the lake.
  : It was not possible to get a cup of Tea or Coffee at the hotel if you dont eat at the restaurant. So I missed a cooker in the bedroom and tea/Coffee selection. A small refrigiator would have byen nice too.

  : + Excellent location (best for this lake, next to boat station, overall environment is very calm and cozy)+ Great view of the lake (from the room and overall from the hotel)+ Good breakfast + Honest and helpful staff+ Size of the room+ Bathroom was all new
  : The hotel is relatively old by design. If you like it, then it's also a plus :)

  : Despite the new bathroom , a small upgrade of the furniture and addition of small fridge can really increase the value of the hotel
