  : this is the most terrible hotel, old, there is no room in the room. it looks like you are a storekeeper... we arrived in the evening and found the window open because the room smelled strongly of mold and like an elderly person who doesn't take care of himself...at first we wanted to leave right away. but the husband told me to stay because it was already late...no hot water...I brushed my teeth in the morning, waiting by the car... I just don't have the words...

  : Despite advertising there was no parking on site, basic and outdated facilities, poor towards 0 selection of breakfast, extremely noisy air conditioning, way overpriced, overall not a good experience.

  : The bed was reasonably comfortable
  : NOTHING! like it was described on Booking.com When we arrived, the reception was closed. We were met by a cleaner, who rudely told us to come at 3 pm. We asked if we could leave our bags and were met by an abrupt no and the door being closed in our face. The air-conditioning did not work. First,we were told by reception that she would contact the director. Then we were told it had been switched to heat for the upcoming winter[ the controls are in the room], and then we were told it didn't work and were given a fanAlthough we don't use the mini bar, there was nothing in the little fridge as described on Booking.com The wifi was virtually non-existent it dropped out all the time and was constantly under 10mbps.We were told by the lady at reception that it was working fine and it must have been our devices.When you are trying to contact employees of your company and a daughter that is planning a wedding this is not acceptable.We had to climb under a table on hands and knees to plug the charger for our devices. Yes, there were sockets near the bed, but they were behind the beside table and had lamps plugged into them. The shower door had been broken sometime prior to our arrival and replaced with a curtain. The curtain was almost brown across the bottom, not white, like the rest on the curtain, where it hit the floor. It was also so long that .it covered the drain. I know some of these things may be trivial, but I expect what is in the brochure and what I pay for.Booking.com needs to inspect the properties they have listed to make sure they are . I would like someone from Booking. Com to contact me regarding this matter

  : Staff are lovely and location is good.
  : There was no parking available and the wifi did not work. The rooms are not well thought of or looked after, the beds weren't comfortable and the cupboards were falling off. The aircon was very loud and didn't really work. Its a a shame because it could be a really nice. hotel with a good location, we will not stay there again.
