  : The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood outside the touristic area and is very cosy and well equipped. Since we caught some rainy days we especially appreciated the heating. Within a 5 mins walk you have nice restaurants, bars, bakeries etc., and also Vaporetto stops are close-by. The staff of the office was very friendly. Luggage storage is possible after check-out upon request (and for a small fee).
  : The self check-in could be a bit easier if guests would not have to first pass by the office to pick up the keys from a key box there and then walk to the apartment. However, since it is all in rather short distance it did not create issues but a quite unusual procedure. The shower holder was loose and the tooth mug had not been cleaned after the last guests.
