  : The location is great, you can walk everywhere from the apartment and also the water bus connection to the airport is only 2 minutes walk away. All the beds were comfortable.
  : It had been nice to have hand soap when arriving. Everything was a bit worn out. The pressure in the shower is really really low.

  : Enjoyed Venice in general apartment had good amenities
  : I reported the shower as not working and did not get anyone to fix it. The small shower wasnt great so if shower had been operational I would have been happier also canaclled my booking and had to LG more to rebook with no help from property managers. Felt the service was poor in thats sense. Feel that we should have been offered some kind of compensation for the poor service regarding shower

I wanted to bring some urgent concerns to your attention regarding my stay at Venezia Gentile on 3/9/23 to 6/9/23.Broken Toilet Seat: Upon arrival, I noticed that the toilet seat in the bathroom is broken, making it inconvenient and uncomfortable to use.Bathroom Door Issue: The bathroom door doesn't close properly, which compromises privacy and convenience during my stay.Clogged Sink: The sink in the bathroom is clogged, and this issue has made it difficult for me to use the sink for daily tasks.Pest Problems: There have been issues with bugs and crickets inside the house, particularly at night. This has significantly disrupted my sleep and overall comfort during my stay.Cleanliness Concerns: The overall cleanliness of the apartment has been unsatisfactory. I noticed that there was even a glass with lipstick marks on it, which raises hygiene and sanitation concerns.Thank you for your prompt attention to these matters.   : Double bed was in fact two single mattresses together. The two single beds were ranches, very narrow, which were moving every time someone was sitting on them.There is a couch in the living room which can transform to double bed, we asked for extra sheets, they never came, one of us slept without sheets.There were no amenities, while it was stated otherwise.WiFi was poor. The oven wasn't working properly. There weren't any blinds
