  : Fantastic location - close enough to all the main attractions (and very close to the boats to Murano etc) without being noisy. It felt like a non-touristy part of Venice. The accommodation is very basic but we expected that. The (shared) kitchen has very little to be able to cook a meal (just a kettle and a microwave) so do not rely on that. Bathroom is pretty basic also. The host Nico is lovely. I stayed with my children and we were very happy here. We met a nice family staying across the hall and it was no problem sharing the facilities with them. It is about a 20 minute walk to the train station. There is a supermarket very close to the accommodation, which we were really pleased about.
  : Very basic provisions in the kitchen - two families staying in the accommodation and yet there were not enough plates, cups etc for everyone. Not much cleaning equipment provided to be able to wash the dishes.

  : The home located in a very good place accessible to the center and the owner was very kind supportive and give us very good guide about the Venice and the places for visiting
