  : Sandra sent excellent directions to where we could pick up the keys (about 50m from the apartment), she met us there and was happy to hold our luggage before the apt was ready and also the next day after check out. The location is absolutely amazing. Right on the doorstep of St Marks square, but as soon as you were on the little street of the apartment you were away from the hustle and bustle. Would absolutely stay here again
  : It was excellent for a short stay. A long stay may need a bit more in kitchen and bathrooms were small, but no problem at all for a short stay. My husband and I slept in the back bedroom which was lovely and the best night sleep we had in 4 weeks in Europe. Our daugther had the front room and commented on a bit of street noise - but it is to be expected in the heart of Venice (we heard nothing in the back room).
