  : Very good location, although quite difficult to find initially
  : The 56 steep steps up to the apartment were challenging with even a small amount of luggage, although that was made clear in the booking.Also the staircase up to the bedroom was equally demanding after an evening out! The only means of assistance was a very dubious balustrade that was very unstable. Would not liked to think what would have happened if one fell against it !!

  : Location for collection of keys was really easy to find given we had been notified and briefed beforehand with a map and directions. We were also escorted to the property by the hosts which made it much easier. Property was centrally located and 2 minute walk from San Marco and 5 minutes from Rialto, also very close to a supermarket but still a quiet location
  : Quite a few steep steps to get from street level although the property felt very secure. No iron which was quite frustrating. Stove top coffee pot missing pieces.

  : The place was very nice, just enough space for the both of us. The ceiling in the bedroom is pretty low and my husband is tall, so we only went up there when it was time for bed and the couch downstairs was very convenient to hang out before bed. The apartment is very well located, everything was really close, nice restaurants, supermarkets, Piazza San Marco, public transportation. Everything was a less than 10 minute walk.
  : There was leftover food in the fridge and a dirty towel in the bathroom. It was a bit alarming to see specks of blood on the walls. We soon found out it was because mosquitoes had been killed there, but it was pretty shocking at first and it would be great if they cleaned those every time before new guests arrive. The amount of mosquitoes inside the apartment was really bad, although the windows were closed. I suppose it has something to do with the warm weather, but dear God, we killed a bunch and they kept coming. We bought those spirals you burn at a nearby supermarket and that helped a bit. We also slept with the AC on full blast just in case and only got a few bites.

  : The location was great. There were lots of towels and the shower was hot.
  : The young lady that showed us the apartment did not go over anything except heres the remote for the tv and A/C. She left us after about 2 minutes introduction to the apartment. The apartment is run down and needs a lot of TLC! The railing in the loft was wobbling and unsafe, one of the chairs was broken, the shower head did not stay in place, and the floor mat was a trip hazard as it would not stay in place!

  : Perfect location and the interior was cute. Easy check-in and out
  : The entrance hall was awful. The stairs are old and dangerous. Not recommend for those who have a big luggage.

  : Dirty AC filters causing bad smell. Dirty clotteries at the arrival. Full of mosquitos. For the rest it is ok
