  : Location of the hotel on a little island a 10-minute water bus ride from St Mark's Square is great - it means you're outside of the hustle and bustle of Venice but it doesn't take long to get to thick of it. You just need to make sure that you time things right with the water bus. The room was pretty basic but did the job. Plenty of choices at the breakfast too.
  : No coffee in the rooms means the kettle that they provide you with is completely useless.

  : First of all, I must say that all the employees are perfect, helpful and very kind. This is a very calm, peaceful island. There is a lush green walking path where you can hear birds chirping, surrounded by magnificent views on all sides. Don't let the location of the hotel fool you, you can go to Venice and back in 10 minutes by ferry. Their restaurants also serve delicious lunch and dinner.
  : I was not satisfied with the toilet, it was very sloppy for such a beautiful place. It was old and the shower holder was broken. The cleaning wasn't bad, but I expected it to be better for a place like this.

  : While booking this place we thought that living on an island could be a great experience for our stay in Venice. Indeed the location was very nice. The island itself is very green with a beautiful park. Vaporetto goes there quite often, so it wasn't hard to get there. But keep in mind that you might be limited by Vaporetto's schedule while planning your activities in Venice. But, conveniently, it goes from San Marco, so you get straight to the main touristic square. But if you have an early flight, it is better to book another place, as the first vaporetto leaves at 7 AM
  : We got to the hotel at 15:30 and our room was not yet ready, nevertheless, it is stated that check-in starts at 14:00. When we got to the room we immediately noticed that it was not cleaned properly. It was very dusty. The area under the beds was covered by dust and wasn't cleaned for weeks. The beds' headboards were also very dusty. Taking into account that it is very close to your face it can be a real issue for people with allergies. The flushing button in the toilet was broken. The shower itself is very small, so it can be hard to turn around in there. Also if you book a room for three be aware that the room design is very similar to hospital or camp for children. But all of this is not the worst about the stay in this hotel. The cleaning staff can STEEL from YOU!!! After the cleaning was in our room we noticed that our chocolate bars disappeared from our room! It may sound like not a big deal, but first, they take your sweets because they think there won't be any consequences, then they take 5 euro from your wallet, then 10 and then they can go towards more valuable things. We felt terrible when we realized that! It is not like we want any refund for sweets, but to realize that someone took your stuff isn't the most pleasant thing during vacation! Moreover, the room was still very dirty. The cleaning staff only changed the garbage bin and gave us fresh towels. Also, they left garbage bin bags on the bed. Must be in a hurry to have coffee with chocolates from our room. Of course we informed the receptionist about this, she was shocked and we could say that she was ashamed of this situation. The breakfast was quite bad, the coffee machines were broken or working incorrectly, thus the coffee didn't taste good at all. There were almost no vegetables, some of the main positions like boiled eggs were not there and staff didn't care about it until we pointed it out. Overall options for breakfast were quite limited.

  : Great location next to main Venice plaza. Only 15min by Ferry, away from the crowds. Perfect, quiet island. Good restaurant. Recommend if you would like to enjoy Venice but stay away from crowds at night.
