  : The apartment is well set up for a couple or family of 3-4. There are aircon units for upstairs and downstairs. WiFi is great, dishwasher is handy, washing machine available and all appliances and decor are modern. While it's located in a dead end laneway, it's easy to navigate once you've done it the first time. Nice local area away from the touristy areas so quiet and easy to get groceries and dine at local restaurants. Communication prior and during the stay was fast and helpful.
  : For some reason the aircon set my hayfever off within 5mins of turning it on. Might have been dust or just how the air gets rotated. Had to resort to the pedestal fans provided to reduce the impact, which was a godsend in the unseasonably warm weather. While the upstairs bed is spacious, it's 2 joined beds which creates a roll-in zone during the night. I never did find out what the string in the showers - that rang the bells - actually did...

  : Very nice loft apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. So nice to be away from the tourist crowds, yet a five minute walk to stores and cafes. Good aircon upstairs and downstairs. Sofia was excellent at showing me the place.

  : Location close to both biennale venues, in between Giardini and Arsenale. Two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. Everything was clean.
  : Terrible check-in process. We arrived on time at 15:15 to discover the cleaner had just come in, and the flat was dirty. The host was unprepared and insisted on not giving the keys until we left the property, forcing us to come back in an hour. The flat smelled like sewage. Conflicting information between the online and the paper documentation about checkout. They want you to checkout at 10 am.

  : the apartment is well situated if zip want to go to Biennale, perfect distance. Besides it is well equipped and sits in a very quiet area away from all the tourist madness, which was great.
  : if you are a thinking about a divorce, this is the right place for you as the bed is not a king size bed but two serrated beds next to each other. if you want romance in Venice which we wanted, you have to be inventive - we connected the two beds so that neither of us ended up on the floor, as they kept moving all the time no matter if you were reading or sleeping. that was quite a disappointment as it did not say online, but left the impression that it is a proper king/queensize bed for two people. on a side note: be aware that the official street name is a different one than the one listed on booking. we got quite confused as also the wrong house number was listed here - a D was missing so we ended up at the wrong apartment. however the service by the agency was nice and helped us out, so we sorted it in the end.
