  : Excellent position in quieter part of Venice but within easy walk of St Marks square great value for money
  : Rooms were warm even in October and there didn’t appear to be any air con. Perfectly ok for one night but glad we didn’t have a long stay planned.

  : Location, although it was 30 minutes walking to the city centre
  : Smallest room ever seen - luggage could only be opened on the bed, window was broken and didn’t open properly, room smelled like humidity, had no view from the window - looked into an abandoned service courtyard. Don’t recommend these rooms to anyone. No TV.

  : The location is great, really quite and lovely views outside. You can go almost everywhere in Venice in 5-10 minutes walking. Also the stuff, really friendly.
  : The rooms are a bit different then the pictures presented. They are smaller and they don't have all the facilities showed (such as lamps, carpet, refrigerator..)

  : Although we booked a standard room after viewing the photos posted by the hotel, they gave us a room somewhere behind the hotel, in an inner courtyard. The room was NOTHING like in the photos. Dirty, grey towels, very small room, wardrobe with no door. Thanks to booking.com who i called to report the problem, they gave us another room, but they said it was somekind of an upgrade, considering the fact that we payed more than 100 euros per night excluding breakfast and city tax. The other room was still not like in the photos the hotel uploaded on booking.com, but a little improvement. Another problem is the distance to piazza San Marco, because if you don’t pay 20 euros for ferry per person per day, you have to walk about 2 km. Overall, big thanks to Booking.com for promptly resolving the room issue and thumbs down hotel hs for giving us the janitor’s room.
