  : Air conditioner was locked between 18-21C, it is a little bit cold to sleep.

  : Great location, clean, lovely balcony (though its waaaay smaller than the photos!!). Good A/C. Two good restaurants and a supermarket next door. Left luggage room (with toilet!) very useful!
  : No kettle in the room. It wasnt clear if we were allowed to use the coffee downstairs if we hadnt paid for breakfast so we steered clear and bought from a shop round the corner. No glasses at all in the room so we had to buy our own so we could enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The shower was tiny with no shelf to put shower gel on. Furniture was a bit sparse.

  : Theresa, who manages the breakfast area was amazing. Very helpful, friendly and made our stay wonderful.
  : Like everywhere in Venice, it was difficult to find. They need to provide much better directions on how to get to the location.

  : Great location, both balcony rooms are on top floor which means no noise or others walking outside. Dont book breakfast. Plenty of cafes, bakeries and shops nearby to get coffee and breakfast. Key codes to access rather than a receptionist work well, same with luggage storage before/after your stay. Rooms are cleaned very well each day. Ignore the directions given, get the water taxi from the airport to San Stae, route 12, then its a gentle 10min walk to the hotel.
  : No coffee machine/kettle/glasses in the room or downstairs. Air con/heating disabled. Safe in room isnt bolted down, so you just box your valuables up for a thief Probably the worst mattress of any hotel weve stayed in.

  : We were worried about there not being hotel staff onsite but it was not an issue for us during our stay. Walls are thin so bring earplugs if youre a sensitive sleeper!
