  : Great location. We were met on the wharf by the staff who took us to our unit. Great service as we would have got lost otherwise. Unit was large and spacious for a family of 6. Unit was clean and had all amenities.
  : 2 flights of stairs to unit can be difficult with luggage.

  : The location of the property was very ideal. Close to Piazza San Marco, Water Taxi's, everything.
  : I wish we had extra towels, we were there 3 nights, it would have been nice to have extra towels (fluffy towels). Also the apartment House Rules had included where to throw out the trash, recycling. But were we required to throw out the garbage/recycling?? We did take out the garbage/recycling (there seemed to be a lot of fine print we had to read, both from the QR code and their website). I even read on someone's review that they were charged extra for late check-in (which there was no where stated on booking.com for that) also, upon check-in we had to pay (extra) a tourist tax (which we didn't know about either)... (even though the "When leaving" section) had only for us to turn off lights, lock doors, windows and leave the keys. It seemed like a lot of fine print (if you didn't fully read the QR code). I had messaged via booking if there was a washing machine, got the reply there was. Asked the gal checking us in and she had no idea and said there isn't one. Of course we found one behind a curtain. The apartment was the size of a hotel suite, which was cozy enough for us and the layout of the apartment was fine, but there was only 1 bathroom for 5 people.

  : The location of the property is excellent, a couple of blocks from Piazza San Marco. It is in a separate courtyard, which blocks the street noise. The property is well appointed and we appreciated having a washing machine available to use.

  : Temperature control was a bit difficult, and one of the bedrooms had no blankets. Also we could not find the laundry detergent anywhere
