  : The apartment was clean to be fairly was spotless.The area is off the beaten track which I prefer as I have lived and worked in Venice for 9 months. I do not like being near St Marcs with all the noise and confusion. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment which is convenient.
  : I have visited Venice more than 10 times in every season but the smell from the canal and the bathrooms was not pleasant. This is a minor inconvenience and nothing the company/landlord can remedy. But what they should improve is the way they handle their guest check-in is Absolutely shocking! My train from Milan was to arrive at 7.10 so I was going to be 15/20minutes after their check in window. My Venetian friend offered to pick up the keys earlier that day from their office.But they were so concerned about collecting their 50 euro tax and 30euro late check in fee they would not permit her to pick up my keys or pay the fees. Their excuse was I had to sign papers. Absolute rubbish! I did the late check in and paid them the extra 30 and of course the tax. Did they imagine after spending $2000 for the 5 days I was trying to rob them of a miserable 30 euros.I asked for a couple of extra towels on arrival the delivery never happened in the 6 days of our stay. I would have hope for someone anyone could perhaps appear or call to ask how our stay was going or if we needed something. The host is non existent and non responsive. Its a very cold experience. Collect the money and disappear.For a comparable price, down the road I could have stayed at a 5 star hotel The Grand Palazzo Dei Dogi. That is my usual haunt. They do offer 5 star service.

  : spacious, light, quiet, fully catered, really comfortable beds and an a beautiful location , next to little supermarket too. vaporette stop few mins away if your not able to walk too far,

  : The location was great, a supermarket was nearby, and the apartment was very nice. The host waited at the apartment to meet us, handed us the key, and answered our questions.
  : Everything was perfect except one thing, the bathroom floor wasn't clean. It had sea shell kind of design (it wasn't smooth-flat, which is fine), but it was yacky and sticky to the degree that it was slippery on an un-flat surface. My wife spent 20 minutes to scrub the floor before we felt comfortable to stand on the floor to use the shower.

  : Lovely modern apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood.
  : A few small minor things: Wouldve been great to have some extra pillows, a blanket or two, and some paper towels in the kitchen.
