  : the host was very nice and helpful, we could check in early which was great. he helped us with searching public transportation. the heating could easily be turned on and off. room and bathroom were clean.

  : The guy who met us was very kind, friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location is great, just a few minutes from the central bus and railway station from where it's 10 mins to Venice. It was very comfortable that there was a full kitchen, we really liked that. Also there is a supermarket nearby along with a lot of cafes and food options.
  : Bed was wildly uncomfortable. Also some new towels would be great, as the current ones were very worn out and not doing their job properly. For us it was too noisy as the property is located near a high speed way, but for others that might not be such an issue. The whole building from inside smelled really bad and whenever we opened the room window there were strong kitchen exhaust fumes coming from outside.

  : Clean, comfortable, renovated. Very polite and helpful host. Individual and big bathroom - also clean. It smells good in the apartment, cleaning is done every day. There is a shared kitchen (3 rooms in total) with everything you need. Coffee is free of charge. The location is very convinient. The bus stop to Venice is 2 minutes walking and the train station is 6-7 minutes away.Overall a very good place for couples on budget.
  : There are only two small disadvantages:Heating/cooling is central and out of the season it's off. So if it's cold outside, it's a bit chill inside and you need additional blankets.The building is not attractive and the entrance smells like a main dish every day because everyone is cooking.
