  : A personal preference here - I need yellow bulbs instead of white in the rooms (migraine sufferer), but overall a lovely place to stay in Venice!

  : We stayed for three nights at a two bedroom apartment in Venice. The apartment was very well situated and spacious. Nevertheless we ancounterd some serious problems: All of the towels had an awful smell of dampness , the pillow cases as well. There was only one feather duvet in one of the bed, as a result the one couple was cold as there was no extra warm blanket in the wardrobe of the flat. (Towels and bed sheets were all colourful...when you rent a flat they all have to be white!!!) When we called the other morning the lady in charge on her mobile she never called back nor did she reply to our text message....it was Saturday...totally unacceptable!!! I also need to mention that we had to pay for the flat in advance.

  : The apartment location is very good. also the amount i paid was very good comparing with the other places at same time. the Host was very nice and give a lot of explanations about the area.

  : Shower was tiny , did not drain well, hot water did not come on easily no pressure shower head broken, the shower door opening and size would bd unusable for a large person as the tray and opening was very small. Had to wait for hot water to come on, and then hold the head with one hand to have shower. The shower door did not close. Kitchen sink mixer head csme ofc broken. Did not provide more than one black bin liner so had to use supermarket bagsSpare jey did not workDoor bell did not workPlaster in landing came off and very narrow staircase Charged 50 euro for checking in an hour late after 18.30 due to flight delayThe exchange rate used by Booking.com differ to the one used by propertyBalance had to be in cash Additional charges not made clear at onset TV did not work, tiny screens Internet partially worked only in front of the property.

  : Very nice location and the place was tidy and they provided towels and there was AC
  : The door was a little difficult to open and we had many issues with this (may be our own fault). There were a lot of stairs to the apartment.
