  : Our Hosts Sara and Elisa were really kind and helpful. Before we checked in, Sara sent me a video explaining how we get into the property and gave me instructions about the location. As this trip was a celebration of my birthday, they left Italian biscuits as a small gift which I really appreciated. The breakfast was served in the room, which was great. It comes with bread, apricot croissant, small butter, a small cheese, one fruit and one Yogurt. You can choose a hot drink. The bed is comfortable. The Location is outstanding. A couple minutes walking to piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Perfect. Specially if it your first time in Venice.
  : The photos make the room bigger than it really is. Because it is a popular location and our window faced towards a " Gelateria" the noise until 12am was something we had to deal with. But it is a price you pay for staying 2 minutes walking from Duomo right? However the ancient air conditioner stopped working on my 20 degree birthday night and sleeping was something that we couldn't do it until 12am (noises restarted 7 am). I messaged Sara and she told me about an Italian law that prohibits turning the air-condition on but during a specific time - and we were during this time. She also told me to turn it on if I needed to. I was surprised because there was no mention about it until check in. Next day she sorted it out by the time we came back to the room, which was great otherwise we would've had sleepless trip as the other room was occupied and the technician could just show up by the time we were long gone. The Bathroom is really small and needs an update.The shower room has mould. The breakfast is good for a maximum of 2 nights, because are the same options everyday.

  : Location excellent. Had a great sleep was quiet at night. Great communication with host. Friendly staff. You could leave luggage the next day while you went sight seeing. Breakfast was good.

  : bit of noise outside, but ear pins do the trick ;-) and it was silent as from 11pm - so no worries at night!
