  : The location of the apartment, far away from the touristic streets and really close to the Biennale.
  : The flat need a small renovation, we were unable even to close the door of the bedroom. The stairs to the second floor are very narrow and uncomfortable and one very small bathroom.

  : I love Venice! The apartment was only a twenty minute walk from St Mark's Square, and about ten minutes from the football ground. It was also close to bars, restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was a decent size. Thank you for leaving bottles water in the freezer.
  : The bedrooms were uncomfortably hot but the lounge was fine with the air con. It was advertised as having breakfast included but this was just a plastic wrapped croissant and a coffee machine. The shower was excellent but would benefit from a shelf for bottles.

  : The location is good. Easy enough to find from the water bus, which is a simple water bus ride from the airport (but not a short one) The area is not nearly as manic as the island's east side, so less crazy in the tourist season. There is a lovely park nearby, which is a bonus, and a place to cool off.
  : The beds are uncomfortable. The bedding was poorly provided (nothing but sheets) The stairs to the loft are positively dangerous. I would not let my children use them (and they are 16 and 23) The loft room is difficult to move around in without banging your head, but it was the room with aircon. The Wifi password is so obscure as to be almost impossible to use (you can change the name and password to something really simple, you know)

  : Centrally located with close access to the water taxi point, that was the one and only good point about the property.
  : ACs not working.. we were not able to sleep with 35 degrees and high humidity.. mosquitoes were all around. Owner didnt respond to any of our request.. very bad experience. Never would suggest anyone to book this property. One of the worst experience I ever had while booking an airbnb/ booking.comAlso was promised free breakfast but none was provided. No response to it either. Cautious - Never ever book this property
