  : The location was central, as advertised. Plus the wi-fi was fast and breakfast croissants were provided.
  : The host was very unresponsive before we stayed and only responded with check-in details at 2.00am the day of our stay there. We were so worried we would have nowhere to stay that we paid for another apartment, that was a boat ride away, so ended up cancelling that as we were only in Venice the one day.Host was also rude on the day and threatened to evict us, even though payment had been made.The shower was broken, you had to manually hold it. The water temperature went from boiling hot to cold with any slight adjustment.The sofa bed wasnt made up and that sofa mattress was also very dirty.

  : - No hand towel provided - There is no water boiler, we had to boil water on the gas-based stove with a casserole - Bidet faucet doesn't work properly, so we couldn't use it. - Coffee machine didn't work as expected, even if we followed the simple instructions from the manual - It says "Breakfast is included", but actually what we found in the kitchen was just one coffee capsule and one croissant per person. Not sure if we can call this a breakfast, compared to the other properties who offer proper breakfast. - Problem with hot water, there is a boiler but it doesn't provide the hot water in a stable way
