  : Stylish apartment in a great location - we didn't go to the Biennale but it's only one vaporetto stop or about 10 minutes' walk to San Marco. Lovely old furniture and decorations in the living room and bedrooms. Ivan was very helpful and let us store our luggage on the day of departure so we didn't have to lug it around town before getting on an overnight train. A supermarket is less than 5 minutes' walk away and there are quite a few restaurants to choose from even on that short stretch of road, so you won't go hungry.
  : We liked it a lot - a minor niggle was that as we arrived at the beginning of the 1-hour timeslot that we'd communicated to the accommodation we had to wait for a bit to get the keys. Probably our fault though as we had a WhatsApp number and could have sent a message once we knew when we were going to get there.

  : The apartment is in a great location
  : The apartment is in a great location, overall the standard is good but it could use a renovation, as the furniture is visibly used. Unfortunately, we had issues with the owner, who didnt show up in person to pick up the keys and now hes demanding a 500 fee for alleged damages. We have a much bigger issue with the owner, which will be handled legally. I would urge anyone to avoid any kind of payment in cash.

  : We didn't eat at the apartment at all. The location was excellent as we only had 2 days to spend at the Biennale. The apartment is located between Arsenale and Giadini and was perfect for a quick trip.
  : Venice at this time of year is very hot and very very humid, the apartment doesn't have air-conditioning and it made for sleepless nights.

  : well located for the Biennale, lits of nu e restaurants near, near two boat stops, close to the open water, beautiful appartement with characteristic floors and wooden doors, two bedrooms with each their own bathroom.
  : everything wax great. the only thing I missed was airconditioning on hot Summer nights.

  : The location was very convenient - 10 min walk to the Bienelle. It's on a lovely wide street with lots of shops and restaurants, including a grocery store and pharmacy. The apartment itself was big and very comfortable - large master bedroom, second bedroom with twin beds, 2 bathrooms, and a large kitchen and large living room with a little balcony. Ivan the 'host' was very helpfu
  : We were there in early November and it was cool in the morning and at night. We would have preferred a tad more heat but I gather this wasn't possible due to restrictions on gas/electricity resulting from the war in Ukraine.
