  : Apartment is just seven minutes walk from train station so it’s really good to stay one or few nights at this place if you need to be close to the train station.
  : Windows from the hotel are towards Italian Square so it’s quite noisy and difficult to sleep especially on Friday and weekends. Also at night is quite complicated to go out for a walk because every time you need to wake up owner of the Hotel so he will open the door and then when you come, you need to ring the bell and wake him up again. I found it inconvenient. Anyway, it’s good value.

  : The location is in the heart of the action with pleasant views across a Square. The shower was a decent temperature and pressure and rooms clean enough.
  : Unwelcoming receptionist/Manager, he had a very obtrusive and sullen personality. I felt like I was being reprimanded with every interaction, where everything felt like our fault and that we should be thankful for staying there. I had sent reasonable requests/messages via booking.com before visit - he claimed I didn't, and when I showed him them on my app he said 'well I didn't read them'. He also knocked my room demanding I check out at 10.30 am when there was a clear notice on the bedside table stating check out was 11am, he grunted and frowned when picking keys up in the evening, my friends were told off when they entered their room and put their bags on their beds, the whole attitude was off and there was just a constant tense atmosphere. The rooms did not have air conditioning despite a broken aircon unit on the wall, there was a fan in the room - but one wonders why keep the broken unit up? This hotel is stuck in the 20th century but not in a good way due to things like this For the price that is was (pretty expensive) guests should expect more.

  : It was in a good location, right by a river
  : The owner seemed incredibly fed up with us asking for help, and despite claiming to have air conditioning there was only a ceiling fan and as it was 30°, it was not very pleasant. We also were not allowed to keep our keys with us when we went out, this didn’t prove an issue but it made us feel uneasy.
