  : Well, I cant really answer that question seeing as how I never got into the property
  : I didnt like the fact that the hotel management was implacable. They absolutely refused to work with us even though our stuff and gotten stolen and I had somebody with an ID to rent the room they would not allow this instead what they did was bounces out on our butts, and we had no place to go or stay.

  : The location, right under the VENICE sign, right next to the beach! So many restaurants everywhere around. Rooms are quite large but quite old also. Best value for money on Venice strip.
  : Cleanliness of the kitchen...you can cook your own food, but they are SO MANY grocery bag in the fridge, that you can't even put your own!! The fridge is packed with old bags of food.....MEANING: there are ugly BUGS in fridge...... :( The rooms are OLD! Windows shades are destroyed, room light is broken. But the price is low, so...

  : It was close to the beach.
  : Theres no parking on the property. theres no AC in the rooms, theres no continental breakfast, and the price was over $500 which is just as much as a good place to sleep with a continental breakfast.We got in late because we had to drive after Work and got there at 12 PM. We called the property and let them know in advance.They said that would be no problem. They gave us what they called codes to type in to the keypad. That way someone would come and let us in. How much do we put in the codes? No one came down we then called the property and the person on the other line was rude, they said its a phone number that we needed to call then they hung up.We called that number NO answer, it was very last and apparently right by the hostel, its a big party area for the 20 something crowd everyone was drunk. We had our young kids with us so we had to find our way back to our car walk through that all the drunk people and had to look for a new hotel we found one at 4 oclock in the morning because everything was booked. It was Labor Day weekend.The hotel that we found they told us that we should be happy we didnt stay there because it is reported that they have bedbugs, and that they probably gave our room to someone else because its been rumored theyve been known to do that.We do not recommend this property at all.The cost of the room was a little over $500 so avoid this place, not worth the cheaper price and definitely not worth the aggravation. rumored
