A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note an itinerary will be sent after a booking has been made. This itinerary must be completed, signed, and returned within 1 hour of booking. This must also include a copy of the guest's photo ID and passport.

Reservations for a minimum of 7 nights may be applicable for discounts. The property might be able to offer an extra queen-size air mattress and a single floor mattress upon request. Please contact the property for details.

Unregistered guests are only allowed at a fee of $35 per person per day.
