: Excellent location, just off the beaten path (quiet and shady), but close to ATM (bankomat), two nice restaurants, small markets and train/bus stations. Really perfect. Beautiful walking path between penzion and places to see, as well. "House" feel, so things like tea, eating utensils, etc. freely available. Very friendly, helpful, un-intrusive staff. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. Window looked out on lovely garden, and the sun rose over the side of the building so the room stayed nice and cool most of the day. Bathroom modern and functional, good water pressure, good hot water, and pillow and blankets excellent. Breakfast looked really nice, with lots of variety and a lovely eating area. (I didn't eat, generally I have meals at the events I attend instead).
: Four improvements that could be made: 1. Was made aware that I needed to email my VACCINATION PROOF, in advance, on the morning of my arrival! If I hadn't have been home, aka had already left for my train, I would have been totally stuck. This is terrible! Customer should be notified about this requirement well in advance - not when they could already be on the way to their holiday. 2. Walls are very thin, so... luckily I had great neighbors, but the sound travels. 3. Mattresses are good quality, but have past their prime. The two in my room were very saggy, which made sleep intermittent. 4. Cannot use CREDIT CARD to pay. I had to walk to town in the morning, with a tight train schedule and a broken toe, to retrieve cash and then return to pay my bill. This, again, was unexpected and it would have been nice to know this in advance. Apologies if any of the above information was included in advance email notifications, as I did not see it, and that could be my fault for not noticing.
