  : Our reservation number was not in the system, the hotline phone number was turned off, the booking support phone number was on the answering machine, due to their negligence, there was no printer paper in the terminal and after paying for the room, the terminal did not issue a ticket to get into the room, we spent the night in the car
  : We didnt like anything, we still havent gotten our money back

  : The room vas very clean!
  : Whoever wanna stay at this place be aware that THERE IS A PUB under the rooms. First of all, check in was a nightmare, we have arrived after a 5 hours trip, there is no reception just a computer to check in, there is no problem with it, but it didnt work well, then I called the reception number , where the guy didnt even listened me at all, and shut the phone on me. But luckily there was an unbelievable friendly and helpful woman from housekeeping (Ildi) who helped to do our check in. Second, we arrived back from our walk in the city at the evening, nobody told us that the cafe and breakfast bar can turn into a club. The lights were up like in a disco, and the music was loud like the wall and floor was dancing for the rhythm in the room. I would say there is no problem with that, BUT MENTION SOMETHING about this, so I dont chose this place because I wanted to take rest!!!!!So we rather went back to the city for a dinner. My favorite part comes.. we arrived back from our dinner, the music in the pub was more silence, so we wanted to take two beers to go up to our room. We stepped in and I said we would like to have two beer, before I could say I want wheat beers, an elderly woman said one of them she already started to make and its not wheat beer so thats it, thats what we get. I couldnt change and I had to pay for something that I didnt want. THIS IS BELOW CRITICISM. At least the room was clean, and a huge thanks to Ildi, who was helpful and nice all the way through!!
