  : Modern Apartment complex with really a lot of higher level comfort features like a straight lift between the parking garage and the living levels. Well maintained and clean complex. Big living room with open kitchen, the bedrooms were smaller but absolutely accomodated our personal needs. The kitchen and other rooms were very well equipped with everything you would need for a week of vacation.We really liked the place in regards to the activities, everything was in walking distance for the winter. In the summer you would have to account for some more driving to get the things bought you would need or wish to have.For the winter, it is an awesome location as the skilifts are just around the corner and you can see some of them from the frontdoor.Right under there is the "Apres" restaurant, we did not try it, but very convenient when you are not up to cooking after a super active day.
  : The apartment was not very well sound insulated, you were able to sometimes hear the neighbours or the doors moving on the hallway. In our specific apartment we were missing curtains and during summer, this meant early mornings for us as with the windows facing east, you were the first to get the full beam of sunlight into your bedroom. We missed a freezer in the kitchen, but this is personal choice and you can facilitate this in your shopping.

  : It was very close to the ski lift (the closest place, to be honest) and we had places to put our snowboards in the corridor.

  : The deposit refund policies were told after paying the deposit. The policies were strict. Policies should be told before the paying.It was required to dispose garbages by ourselves and it was difficult to find a garbage collection place. Too many things had to be done by ourselves for paying such an expensive apartment.The lease agreement had to be concluded separately, the money had to be transferred by bank transfer etcso if you expect the simple easy way for Booking.com, not recommended.

  : Great location next to the ski lift, big balcony, good heating. The host allowed later check out.
  : Sometimes no hot water, some caps and dishes in the kitchen broken. Entrance to the building too complicated and wrong code was provided. Strange noices from the water heater in the kitchen. Kids bed uncomfortable. In general no shops in the surroundings and just 2 reastourants, so was difficult to get food especially on Christmas.
