  : Location: very close to city center; Cleaning personnel: very friendly.
  : The bathroom was very very small. Rust on the metal parts of the shower. Spider webs across the ceiling. For an apartment I would expect to have a small fridge. But the worst part is the interaction with the owner/administrator. Booking.com will show the check-in times between 12:00 - 00:00 and with the chekout being at 10:00, all rooms should be cleaned within that interval. I got to the location at 12:05, being in a hurry for an event and the room was not ready, because the person before was late to checkout. On one hand, that is not my problem and on the other hand, being told over the phone that the checkin times are NOT at 12:00, makes me never want to come back. Anyway, I've seen the answers to some of the comments here, I'm sure the owner will reply that they have 100+ good reviews and so on. Good luck with that!
