  : Very nice hosts, free parking, located in a very south part of the island close to the famous Gerakas beach. Possibility to cook in the apartment. Apartments were cleaned every day. AC available
  : Very simply equipped, more utensils in the kitchen and some basics like salt and oil would be helpful. Bed was uncomfortable, each smallest move was causing a lot of noise. Very small shower, water pressure was too weak to wash my long hair. Also it was getting a bit loud in the evenings as the windows from the room were facing a garden where the host family was celebrating.

  : Quiet location, 20 minutes on foot to Gerakas beach, nice taverns around within 15 minutes on foot. Host and cleaning staff were polite and helpful. Floor, sheets and towels were perfectly clean. Room space was large enough for 2 persons.
  : Mattress is not the best any more, occasionally we could feel the springs. While floor, sheets and towels were always perfectly clean, I couldn't say the same about the mirror in the bathroom and the TV. These were obviously not cleaned at all during our stay. Shower area in the bathroom was quite small and not really comfortable. Cooking plates in the kitchen are old and rusty and although we didn't use them at all, they were simply unpleasant to watch. Kitchen utensils could be more functional - bigger knife to cut a watermelon, bigger bowl for salad etc. Lots of mosquitos at night, making it almost impossible to sleep with an open window. It's a pity, because the place is very quiet and the air is fresh and chilly. In my opinion, some sort of a mosquito net would have been great. However, in order to be fair, I have to admit that generally in Greece, it looks like mosquito nets are not a standard accessory, as I have almost never seen any in guest rooms. I already mentioned the quietness of the place as a positive experience. However, we got woken up every morning around 6 - 7.30 a.m. Our room was very close to the neighbor's house and the host there was pretty noisy in the morning. Either speaking loud (shouting) on the phone, or cutting the grass with a machine, there was some noise every morning. It looks like, most of the rooms have been renovated lately, except the one, we received. On the positive side, I want to stay fair and point out, that we received a very good price for our room, way better than the cost of other rooms. So cost/performance ratio was still somehow OK, I guess.
