  : Room, facilities, pool, grounds were good and we enjoyed a great stay. Hotel has a great location.
  : The restaurant. Food is not great, we got raw sausages, which we end up not paying and were compensated with a drink, but still - raw meet is not acceptable. The pizzas were not great as well. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Pool table and the whole gaming area needs updating.

  : The receptionist was as welcoming as a rottweiler with an elastic band round its private part's Booked a twin told me it was my fault fir using booking.com and gave me leaflet to book directly next time eventually got twin.Logging onto Internet terrible I went back to her several people there trying to do the same thing she managed to get my phone to log in asked about firestick in room "that's not my concern and I won't be coming up to do that:

  : Nice hotel at a nice place. Tidy and clean. There is lots of stuff to do around it. The rooms are large and comfy. Helpful personal. The SPA is okay.
  : The SPA zone is a little bit tight. For this price category, there should be more items like an infrared sauna or a salt room. The food in the restaurant is tasteless with a few exceptions. Also, there should be a map or a sign in the lobby for in which direction to go to find your room.

  : The lady at reception served as with really good manners and kindness. Hotel has got a nice location with free parking, the check out time is timed well as we had enough time to spend in a spa in the morning.
  : Bed mattresses were so soft, very uncomfy. The big minus we were very unsatisfied was the service in spa, the person working there was unkind, closed the spa section 20 minus before official closing time and asked us to leave and the jacuzzi was turn off 90 mins before closing time( no notice for a reason). When you arrive as a hotel guest and see the opening time, you try to fit yourself to it and then the staff decide to close it earlier just like this. Breakfast was poor, fruits weren't filled regularly, hot food (heated) was gooey and cold, for a 4star hotel it is not what you expect. No information about wifi in the room.

  : Great restaurant, amazing pools and spa facilities. Big rooms with a nice mountain view.
  : The fitness is in bad shape. The juice and some of the breakfast sweets can be higher quality.
