  : Great staff with amazing service, that went out of your way for you. I arrived later than expected (~20.30) after a long train travel day, just getting caught in a heavy rain storm, so arrived completely soaked and tired. They checked me in quickly and made sure that the kitchen of the restaurant would stay open for me, so i could still eat after having a quick shower. Definitely a step up luxury wise then i'm usually used to. Room was great, good (round) bed, had a minifridge and a balcony facing the valley with one chair to chill on. There was no airco but there was a small fan that i used especially at night. Spacious bathroom. A wellness pack was included, containing a robe, slippers and a big towel to use at the wellness in the hotel. There was a small pool (not child friendly), sauna's and a space with sunning beds inside. This hotel gives you a Brixen card which is the best thing ever. All public transport is free with that, all the busses in Brixen (small and big ones) but also some regional trains are completely free. Besides that you get one ascend and descend free for the Plose cable card, of which the bottom station you can reach with the bus as well. For a solo traveler completely depended on public transport this was amazing. Breakfast is ok. Lot of bread with some toppings, yochurt and muesli and not much warm options.
  : The location was a bit far from the actual center of Brixen. A 30-45min walk to the first restaurants or you have to wait for the busses which were not too frequent from the hotel, more busses do stop from another bus stop 10min walk over, which required a bit more planning or waiting. Restaurant in the hotel is good, but doesn't carry a lot of options, 3 main dishes, and then every day there is a new special. They advertise a transfer service, where they call a cab for you to reach the train station free of charge, however do take in mind that it is only at certain times, starting from 8.30. They did not disclose this clearly to me (on the flyer it said from 8 onwards), and i ended up rudely walking away from the taxi-driver who was still waiting for his pay.

  : Very comfortable place. The hotel crew is amazing: very helpful, welcoming and kind. The restaurant serves exceptionally delicious food.
  : Its a shame that I happened to get a room without a view but it was anyways very cozy.

  : I was quite surprised by the restaurant. Great quality food. Sumptuous, even. I also enjoyed the spa area for the brief time I was there. After a long drive, it was just what I needed.
  : I booked the hotel last minute and was completely satisfied with my choice. No complaints whatsoever.
