  : The food was breakfast was very good with many choices.The view is fantastic, if you sleep with the open window you cnd hear the sea , very relaxing.
  : The parking test your abilities as a driver, and the rod to reach the hotel is bad.

  : we stayed for two weeks, the hotel is very clean, the reception staff are very nice and helpful in everything, the breakfast service is also wonderful. comfortable rooms, cleaned every day, towels and bed linen changed very often, bathrobes included in the hotel price. the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. a beautiful view of the sea from the hotel, and what I liked most was the charming terrace with a jacuzzi on the roof. it was wonderful, everything was very professional. Very nice restaurant with a nice owner - Happy Beach bar & dinner, delicious food, good music and individual approach to guests. Agnieszka i Sergiusz Poland
  : the area is away from Varna, I recommend it for drivers, otherwise taxi is the option. In general, it is very quiet, there are not many places for evening walks and eating.

  : Nearest shop is 2 miles away and some of the nearby restaurants don't take cards, but that's not the hotels fault, just be prepared!

  : Breakfast was okish, you would not go hungry. Staff was nice. The room was nice and big. The beach was across the street.
  : No actual cleaning for 3 nights, no change of towel either. The maid just came, took the trash out and quickly (but not thoroughly) mopped the floor. The hotel is a bit run down and it smells of mold. Lots of things need to be replaced or cleaned.

  : The staff is not oriented towards the customers!!My key room has been stolen and after I reported it to the reception they told me not to worry because there are only good people in the hotel, I told her that it is not safe that someone else has our room key and she didnt took any measurements regarding this. The same day my key was stolen, somebody broke into our room and stole my iPhone while we were using the jacuzzi. I went to the general manager at 2 AM in the morning and told her everything that happened and she told me she doesnt understand how, kept saying that the hotel is safe even though they barely have 2-3 cameras and no security. She told me to come back in the morning and after I didnt sleep all night, at 7AM I went to see the video footage and even though they didnt had any cameras for halls, I saw the footage from the jacuzzi and there was clear that some guy was LURKING us, following to see what are we doing and he left while crouching- behaviour that didnt seemed suspicious at all for the hotel staff.After that I called the police because they refused to do it while saying that the hotel is safe and they dont know what happened, the police came and I have to mention that they didnt spoken english and staff english was worse than a 7 year old scholar..The police left without telling me a word, without telling me where I can press charges, nothing. When I asked the hotel staff what did the police told them, they said we are hotel, we dont investigate - but I was looking for translation of what the cops said, nothing more.After this I asked them to change my locker, it took 4 hours in which we was trapped in the room because we thought that somebody will broke in again and after they changed the locker, that was that.Reception was avoiding us, they saw us as trouble, they even told us that we can leave and they will refund a part of the money, but I didnt wanted that. Why would I leave when I didnt do nothing wrong?
