  : The facility meets the expectations and overall looks comfy and stylish.
  : We stayed 3 nights. We arrived in the evening. Before the first night, the host explained to us how to warm up the rooms and use the heating. She helped us to set up everything. So, the first night was cozy and warm. The next day we left in the morning for our walk (the whole day) and when we came back in the evening we were surprised to discover that the windows were open and the heating batteries were switched off. So it was wet, cold and uncomfortable. It took us 1 hour to get the facility warm back. We set up the heating batteries and closed the windows. The next day (before our last night) the story repeated. We left in the morning and came back in the evening. The windows were open, the heating batteries switched off and it was completely uncomfortable, cold, and wet. We tried again, to set the batteries back, and waited for 2 hours but nothing happened. I messaged the host and I was surprised by her recommendation to use AC to warm up the room instead of the heating batteries which contradicted her initial instruction. So, after a long communication with the host and waiting for almost 3 hours, it started getting warmer. I would say it was a nightmare considering it was my birthday and I wanted to enjoy it instead of being cold and asking for help. I definitely hope that this feedback will help to improve other people's experience and that the host will not be intervening during the stay of the guests by opening the windows and switching the batteries off when it's 8C degrees outside.

  : The apartment was very comfortable and was absolutely suitable for our needs
  : Nothing connected with the apartment. It was quite a long walk to the Metro but it wasn't really a problem.

  : Lovely Studio. Quite large. Very comfy beds ! Stylish. Great shower ! Smart TV ! No problems getting into main tourist areas of Paris in about 45 minutes. Great transport network !! A few mins to bus stops. Metro and RER not far too.
  : A few things . Larger cups needed. Like a couple of mugs. There was only one mug. An Oven would have been good. Though it wasn't a major issue. Outside seating area/ patio would have been nice. That was a pity none there.

  : Very cosy rooms, some of them with balcony, overlooking a green courtyard, in a quiet neighborhood. You feel at home.Great and authentic breakfast, prepared by very friendly and attentive staff. Close to the exhibition center - 10min walk to the south east entrance.
  : Nothing major. One day the room service let the window open (or forgot to close, as the heating was on) so the room was completely cooled out - took a while to heat.

  : Good size studio apartment, extras like vacuum, iron etc all there. Super responsive staff. Great to have a bus stop just round the corner. Nice and quiet. About a 15-20 minute walk from the Vanves Parc des Expositions (I thought it was closer..)
  : Bag of rubbish left in the room prior to arrival. Can't fault anything else! It's around the corner from where the hotel says it is on Google maps (separate building).
