  : Nice located in a shopping mall with a spa - quite popular and therefore crowded
  : Worst experience ever. Being travelling a lot and having a Genius-3 level in Booking.com, this was the worst hotel ever. The personnel didnt know who is the customer, starting from reception giving an unpleasant welcome. Rooms having a temperature of 26-27C, quite uncomfortable for sleeping, windows not possible to open.

  : When one goes to flamingo adult spa, it would be nice to have the opportunity to stay in an adult only area. I wanted a kid free weekend and it was annoying to be surrounded by kids

  : Nice view from room window high upp on 10th floor. Room has big flat tv on wall and back side of tv had been also cleaned of dust! Breakfast was very good!
  : In bathroom there was small black mold pricks in batch tube white shower wall that I informed to reception to use steel brush to clean those black mold pricks away.

  : Great staff, a lovely room, and the breakfast was first rate - thank you.
  : The location is in a shopping centre just outside the airport, so there's only the hotel, spa and shopping centre on site. Anything else is really a taxi or bus ride away. Taxis are expensive, expect to pay Euro 18.00 or more for a 3km ride to / from the airport (the local bus is available for Euro 3).

  : Located close to the airport, this hotel is ideal for an over-night stay before an early morning flight. It is attached to the Jumbo shopping complex with easy under-cover access to shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.
  : During our stay the hotel was evacuated due to a fire alarm. This is of no concern to us because these things occasionally happen. What we didn't like however was the evacuation alarm could not be adequately heard from within our room. It was not until we exited our room to go to dinner did we become aware of the evacuation. A major safety concern for tired travellers! Although located less than 4km from the airport, expect to pay around 20Euros for a taxi. The general cleanliness of the room was not great with mouldy grout in the shower and unwashed coffee cups. Breakfast is allocated on a timed basis where you have to get tickets the night before for what time you want breakfast. Was unexpectedly told to self check-in by staff at the reception desk. Our room facilities were obviously tailored for someone with mobility needs. We were not informed of this when our room was allocated and felt uneasy at the thought of taking a room with facilities we did not require.
