Best Western Premier Hotel at Fisher's Landing

  : Drove 4 hours to Vancouver and paid extra money then I would somewhere else to stay at this location for a pool and hot tub. Went to use the pool there is around 30 kids yelling at the top of their lungs that 8:40 pm w/o supervision and kids going into the hot tub w/o supervision which is against the the sauna rules. The adults were all getting drunk at the bar. Brought it up to the worker he just says there isn’t anything they can do about it. He didn’t care at all like my concern was not valid. The guy looked and sounded like he just woke up and his appearance was unkempt. They don’t even have adult hours for the sauna or pool either. The fact that the room is 200 bucks and doesn’t include a free breakfast is bad too. We arrived around 4:00 pm which was check in time and had to wait a while for someone to be at the front desk. Many people arrived at the same time and they had to wait for someone at the front desk too. I went with a person who needed a handicap parking spot. The spots were very limited they only had two semi-convenient close to the front of the hotel, which were taken. If they had others they were too far to walk to the front. She had to walk quite a distance to get to the check in area with me on a very hot day. I also bought frozen treats from the store that had to melt because they don’t have a freezer in the room (every single hotel room I’ve ever stayed at has had a Freezer section in their mini fridges)…I’m pretty sure this is to force you to buy from their overpriced food items and their sad excuse for restaurant at the hotel. Rooms are very standard they are about the same as other places in the area which cost less. I’d recommend other places in Vancouver if you want somewhere more professional and less expensive. They have a pre check in to where they try to charge you extra for a card check with no option to skip it.
