Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 6 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
Upon arrival, guests are required to check the inventory and return the signed form within 24 hours.

An additional end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 50 or EUR 55 according to the type of apartment is not included in the price. You can choose to clean the accommodation yourself or pay the fee.

Please note that early and late check-outs will be charged between EUR 50 and EUR 55 depending on the type of apartment rented.

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests.

For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. If guests don’t clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes, extra fees will be charged.

Baby cots are available upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel.

Please note that 1 pet can be accommodated per apartment for an extra charge of EUR 5 per day.
