  : The location and view was amazing. Really pretty views of the Ljusnan river, especially at sunsets. Our room also had a nice view of the river. The Spa has nice facilities. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, with amazing views.
  : Food at the restaurant was good, but overpriced, compared to the quality of the food.

  : Amazing view, unique place, very well-designed spa, and a great spa shop. Most of the staff, including the restaurant staff are doing an amazing job (especially the young staff in the restaurant).
  : The time slots for using the spa with children are quite limited, and given that we could only use the spa for such a short time, it is definitely an expensive visit. One or two of the reception staff were unusually unfriendly.

  : I got an own apartment in a nice house (two apartments in every house) with a view over the lake Orsjn. The beds were comfortable. The hotel has a realy nice spa with sauna and at least four pools. Two of them outside and heated. There I could sit hours and look out over the lake, and all the trees who were changing colour now in the autumn. The hotel had a beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Also the breakfast was well tasting and varied
  : The apartment was a little bit worn but overall I found it pleasant and silent. In the room I had a couch and a table, but when I got up, I hit almost every time on the chandelier. Why have a chandelier and not normal lamps? Unfortunately, in the dining room they played jazz music in the evening as well in the morning. Why doing that? So nice view over the lake and to be disturbed of such music!?

  : In general, everything was great during our one-night stay. From outside, the hotel doesn't look anything spectacular, normal Swedish wooden houses and even missed it when drove by. There are several buildings and we stayed in the red one, on the ground floor in the corner room. It was really quiet room, even though hotel was fully booked, couldn't hear neighbors. Room was smallish, but big bathroom. We asked for double bed and got one, which was super. We liked the bed, rather hard than soft. There were bathrobes in the room. There was also kitchen area with fridge in the lobby of our building.Spa entry is included the room price. It was rather shallow indoor pool, indoor salt water pool, outdoor jacuzzi and infinity pool. Infinity pool is small - maybe 5x10m. I had impression based on photos that it would be bigger, so that was slight disappointment. Sun doesn't seem to shine to outdoor pool area during all day, but this I'm not 100% sure since I wasn't there all day, only morning and evenings. There is also big sauna, with big windows opening to the lake, we didn't try that, because sauna we have at home. But spa is very nice, you can get additional towels there, take your bathrobe with you from the room. There is water and cups available, as well as some fruits. And lockers to leave your big stuff and small lockers inside the pool area for valuables. Real plants and real candles give nice atmosphere. Kids are allowed for few hours in the morning and afternoon. Kirstin Florian shower products in the spa. And amazing beach just below the hotel! There you'll also have sun during the day!Restaurant has beautiful view to the lake. Rather pricy, main courses will be around 300kr, dessert buffet around 130kr. Food was fresh and tasty, made from good ingredients.Staff was very polite, extra thank you for Mikael in reception.
