: The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean and modern.
: The reception was chaotic. Two dogs, not on leash, would not listen to their owner or me, ran out barking and growling and frightened our dog. At first we were shown to the wrong room. When I said we had reserved and pre-paid for a room with cooking facilities I was told that I didn't need a kitchen as there was a restaurant nearby. When I reminded the owner that we would like the room we booked he had us carry our bags all the way back down the stairs, wait, then carry our bags all the way back up the same stairs, one level higher, to the room we had booked. It was 34 degrees celcius. The room we were given was very hot and stuffy. There was no fan. Only two windows on one side of the room were able to be opened (the only other window had a "please do not open" sign on it) so it was impossible to create a draft to cool the room down in the evening. Thankfully a summer storm picked up and we were able to stand by the windows, taking care not to let any rain in and get some fresh air. After the rain had stopped, we left the windows open a little and tried to get some sleep - we had been driving for 8 hours that day. The owner came knocking on our door at 9:30pm to ask us what time we would check out and then told us to close the windows because it might rain again in the night. We did not get any sleep that night. We lay in bed sweating, being eaten alive by mosquitos until sunrise and left. Thankfully the dogs were not yet awake. I had to sleep in the car at a rest stop on the autobahn so I could continue with the 6 more hours of driving ahead. We were able to cook with the pots and pans but there were no cooking utensils and no washing up liquid with which to clean up. The main bed had only a duvet without a cover (it was way too hot for a duvet) and no top sheet. There were also only strange, not matching pillows on the bed. We found some lighter bed coverings and pillows on other beds hidden behind curtains in the room.

: Very nice studio apartment which had everything we needed. Near to train station for easy travel into Munich. Peaceful location. We didnt use the pool but it looked lovely.
