WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 7 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children ages 2 and older are allowed.
Children from 2 years old to 6 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children from 2 years old to 6 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Merkanti Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
