: We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spacious, with lots of facilities that made our life easier. It even had a sun umbrella that we could use for the beach! Good assortment of kitchen facilities. Parking is free right in front of the property, and there was always a space available. Giovanni was also a magnificent host, proactive and very easy to contact. Also, the property is right next to La Ciaccia beach, which was small but very quiet and beautiful.
: The mattresses were a bit hard, we would have preferred softer ones. A microwave would have come handy.

: + Location is very close to the beach, short walk , ideal for families + easy parking outside on the street + calm location, good for families - Giovanni is very helpful and always available. - Easy handling of garbage. - Good bathroom - Good cupboards
: - air conditioning is very basic, we struggled to use the master bedroom and switched to the sofabed. - very poor air circulation, as the wind from the sea is blocked. Tried to leave the front door open but difficult as people are walking to/from the beach affecting privacy. - It would have been good if they had a washing machine in the building considering 3-4 families stay at the property. Giovanni recommended use of public coin operated laundromat 2-3km from property. In covid times -to avoid exposure, we bought a bucket and washed with hand. -Rooms are not spacious. -Considering most people come there to be at the beach, it would have been nice to put some doormats.
