  : Good location
: The property is being refurbished in the reception and restaurant area, we were not told about this until 12:40 on our day of arrival, too late to cancel as we were already travelling to Valladolid. When we arrived we found out that there was also decoration work being carried out in the bedroom areas, consequently we had to make our way to our room around the decorating team with smell of fresh paint and dust sheets, which at one point my wife tripped on. The area allocated for the temporary dinning area still had workmen in and around at 8pm when we had been assured that the work would finish at 7:30pm. The meal my wife had was a tasteless, stodgy rice dish of the day? This was removed from our bill before payment, however with the limited facilities there was little else available for my wife to eat. We understand that this work on occasion has to be carried out, but with a reduction in the services available, then perhaps a reduction in the cost would have been appropriate.
