  : From our window we had an incredible view to the castle ruins and the rolling green hills of Limburg. Location is truly unbeatable as the hotel is pretty much at the centre of Valkenburg. Our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator but that was informed beforehand and my mother and I had no problems going up the stairs. Both bedroom and bathroom were really clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is modest in choice but there is everything you need to get a good start to your day. Staff is super friendly and they were responsive when I reported an incident. All in all, a lovely place to stay!
  : The toilet flush is very loud and takes an extremely long time to finish the cycle (circa 5-7 min?). This means that the loud noise lingers on for a while. Also, the hot water in the shower was a bit inconsistent.

Disappointing

  : The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful.
  : The window was not double glazed and it was weekend. Till 3:00 at the morning I couldn't sleep becouse of the noisy voices was coming from the street then from 6:00 at the morning the voice was coming from the inside of the hotel ( if we can call it hotel) .

  : We reached it quite easily. The breakfast and cleanliness were amazing.
  : Since the toilet and bathroom are shared, it reduces comfort a bit.

  : Love that it's in the center of the city. Very nice and helpful staff
  : It was very warm inside even though it wasn't outside, it was also very noisy. I lived in a city myself and never had a problem with noise but it felt like everything was happening in our room.

  : Lady at the breakfast was nice and breakfast was good, just missed some fruits
  : Multiple things. The water from the tap was orange for the first 10 seconds, the room was not clean, the windows were single glazed and our room was next to a busy street. If that would not keep me from sleeping, the fire alarm went off at 3:30am and everybody went outside, we couldnt reach anyone from the hotel and nobody came to check if it was a false alarm. Luckely it was a false alarm, but this hotel is clearly not prepared for a real fire.
