  : Breakfast was not part of the deal
  : The host is terrible in communication - does not answer the phone, does not reply to repeated messages - whether they are sent directly to accommodations email address or through the booking system or even on her phone in WhatsApp. Talking to her trying to solve the problem was a disaster - the host said invoice was possible and then did not send it for 3 weeks (!) despite repeated polite reminders. When I wrote that I unfortunately can not wait any longer and I will need to send in a complaint if I do not get it she called me and barked in the phone not even letting me to say anything before starting barking again. The experience threw me back into late 80ies -early 90ies and the worst soviet style communication - terrible experience.

  : The neighbourhood was cozy and calm. We took an early train and accommodation suited us well (around 1 km walk from the station). The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
  : The customer service was only in Estonian. Messages via Booking did not seem to reach the host, it would probably have been better to call or send an SMS.

  : Room was ok, but finding it was not a good experience.It was a really weird experience
  : We booked late on the evening, but when we arrived to the accommodation there was no one. We opened the garden gate and went to the first house, but there was another one. We were not sure about what to do and were really close to leave the property and call booking to complain. We entered and we did not even know which one was our room. We had to open one by one until we found one that had the matching number of beds. I did not like not knowing which one was our room and having to open all the rooms in the house. Imagine that there was somebody there sleeping and hears somebody trying to open the room. Lack of communication was not good. I will never repeat. We paid the following morning as we had to pay at the property, but we had to search for them because they were not there. There were on the next house. It was a really weird experience
