: Very clean, good couch, lots of room.
: Said we should take the trash out each day but no instructions on where to take it. Had trouble getting wifi working as the password left was incorrect. Wifi worked well in the living room but was very weak in the big bedroom.

: The location itself was OK, a few meters away from the Benimaclet metro station.
: Beware! The photos of the apartment on booking.com shed a good light on a somewhat different real-life setting. The apartment is old-furnished and smelly. The smell in the bathroom was terrible and you couldn't stay in there for too long. The place seemed "dirty" and definitely not good value for money. The walls in the bathroom had no tiles, in stead, some oil based paint was used. The floor-tiles covering the whole apartment looker very old, and dirt had actually adhered to the grouts. Although it was cleaned before we got there, it just felt dirty. The couch in the pictures is no longer there, replaced by a different couch but that too feels old and dirty.

: They mentioned it is a complete AC hotel but it's available only in sitting area and one bedroom. There is no AC in other 2 bedrooms. The bathroom is so small that we cannot even enter into it to take the shower.

: quite spacious apartment, basic everything ok. I liked that there was a coffee machine, and there were already capsules
: all was well. If someone is going to stay for more than a few days, it is better to write to provide more dishes

: The flat all together is o.k. Three bedrooms, living room, kitchen with suitable equipment. Wifi works only in the living room, does not work in the bedrooms.
: Sometimes the flat smells really bad. Maybe the stench comes from the house, not from the flat, but still it is disgusting. Something should be done about it.
