  : lack of cleaning (I also found a dead cockroach in the bathroom when I arrived), no shampoo no shower gel, no shower carpet , very uncomfortable sofa bed and bed , no hot water in the bidet

  : Location is very good. Room is clean and quiet. the kitchen is well equipped even though i did not cook.
  : In one email they mentioned that I have to pick up the key in another address different from the room that I will stay. but, until the morning of the day that I was going to check in, I still did not receive any information about where to pick up the key. I was already on the train to Valencia. I tried to call, email and whatsapp them, no response. when I almost arrive at Valencia, they sent me a message where and how to pick up the key. I was quite stressed. In the future please tell the customer in advance, until what time they can expect the message. It was not too far from the place of picking up the key place to the place that I stayed. it would be more convenient if they are in the same place.

  : Location was excellent apartment was fine. Surprised that there was no condiments left . The provider left us herbal tea and olive oil.
  : The noise from the bar in the opposite street plus the smells from the bins in the street outside. Didn't expect so many tourists for the time of year.

  : nice, quite big apartment with one bedroom and a small balcony, well-equipped with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, clean, good wifi, very central but quiet location, well functioning central air conditioning, elevator, walking distance to the train station and some metro stations
  : little sunlight, old school check-in you have to go to a nearby office to collect the keys

  : A spacious, clean appartment in the centre of the old city, close to many monuments and many restaurants. Everything you need is in the appartement (but a dishcloth would be convenient, if you don't cook, you do not need the dishwasher, but for cleaning a cup or a glass a dishcloth would be nice). If we visit Valencia again, we will stay in this appartement for sure.
  : In the bathroom there was a smell, from a drain I suppose. Even after flushing it did not disapear completely. (and just a minor thing, finding the address for picking up the key was not easy, a small map would be helpfull)

  : The only great thing about this property is the location. And it was decently clean.
  : The check-in is at 4pm. Let's say it's understandable. However, after we checked-in at 4pm the boiler started dripping and they called a plumber to replace the boiler. On our time. The new boiler worked, but kept on dripping. I advised them but they did not answer.
